General Policy

  1. The guest must be at least 18 years of age to stay in the hotel.
  2. It is mandatory for guests to provide valid photo identification at the time of check-in. According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Passport, Aadhar Card, Driving License and Voter ID Card. The guest will only be allowed to check-in with Original copy of valid ID.
  3. Accommodation of 1 child up to 5 years of age is complementary without the use of extra mattress. Breakfast charges may be applicable for the child.
  4. Extra mattress will be provided for triple occupancy bookings.
  5. Pets are not allowed in the hotel premises.
  6. The Hotel reserves the right to take action against the guest if any inappropriate behaviour is brought to the management's attention.
  7. Guests shall be liable for any damage, except normal wear and tear to Hotel asset. Guest shall keep the Hotel room in a good condition and maintain hygiene and cleanliness.
  8. Certain policies are booking specific and are informed to the customer while making the booking.
  9. No Smoking Policy for OYO Townhouse: We really take pride in keeping all our rooms fresh and clean, and discourage smoking in the rooms. In case guests wish to smoke, the Hotel Reception will be happy to help.
  10. Total Tariff is the suggestive price at which rooms are available in the nearby locality /cluster / other online websites and does not necessarily represent the price of this hotel. The discount shown is with reference to suggestive price.

Hotel Policy

  1. Complimentary buffet breakfast for continental plan is served at ground floor restaurant between 7 am to 10 am.
  2. Complimentary breakfast served in room will be charged.
  3. Visitors are not allowed in hotel rooms.
  4. Celebrating party & consuming liquor is not allowed in Hotel Premises.
  5. Pets are strictly prohibited.
  6. Hazardous goods are not allowed in Hotel Premises.
  7. Vehicle Parking is at the owner's risk.
  8. Tariffs are subject to change without prior notice.
  9. Right of Admission is reserved by Hotel Management.
  10. Right to Refuse any Services in Restaurant & Rooms is reserved by Hotel management.
  11. All disputes are subject to Surat, Gujarat jurisdiction.

Booking Extension Policy

  1. Extension of stay would be provided on current room rates, subject to availability.
  2. Current room rates can be different from the rates at which the rooms were booked.

Payment Policy

  1. For bookings of more than 7 nights, guests have to settle all outstanding payments on a weekly basis. Hotel will be unable to provide further accommodation prior to settlement of the outstanding amount.
